$6000 out of pocket defective piece of junk. They sent a second device that didn't work not they won't reply to the therapist. Do not buy this expensive junk. Between defects in the batteries to communication problems between the module and the device this hasn't worked since we bought it. The staff that presented the device did not listen to my step daughter's concern nor did she seem to care about the discomfort the device was causing.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Please do not buy from this company. My daughter has now received two Bioness devices—neither of which worked properly. After months of exhausting back-and-forth with customer service, they eventually replaced the first unit, only to send us another defective one. We’ve tried repeatedly to contact the company for help, but no one responds. Her occupational therapist has also reached out multiple times with no luck. I've had 2 Stokes I was so I tried this business I tried it before I got my insurance involved! . I do not remember which one I tried. It really didn't work for me. It tingled and it did not actually make me walk much straighter without my cane! It was actually ba waste of time! Plus they tell me I have to take care of everything beith my insurance. That is there job! I'm so glad I did not get this device! I would have ended up frustrated with customer service!

Customer service needs to learn how to service. We had to send in our device to be repaired. I can’t tell you if it was correctly repaired because we did not get electrical cord back with device. I called for help and was willing just to buy a new cord to avoid all the red tape as we’ve already not had the device for over a month. I was told I basically had to start over with getting the device repaired but this time with a new issue-no cord. Terrible customer service. It took over a month for my issue to be resolved. I rely on my device 100% for mobility and there was no sense of urgency to resolve the matter.
