if zero was an option, that would be there rating. Terrible service. Very unprofessional. I look forward to the patten running out so there is some competition to this mean spirited monopoly.....
$6000 out of pocket defective piece of junk. They sent a second device that didn't work not they won't reply to the therapist. Do not buy this expensive junk. Between defects in the batteries to communication problems between the module and the device this hasn't worked since we bought it. The staff that presented the device did not listen to my step daughter's concern nor did she seem to care about the discomfort the device was causing.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Please do not buy from this company. My daughter has now received two Bioness devices—neither of which worked properly. After months of exhausting back-and-forth with customer service, they eventually replaced the first unit, only to send us another defective one. We’ve tried repeatedly to contact the company for help, but no one responds. Her occupational therapist has also reached out multiple times with no luck.
