I went to here exactly one year ago with a neurological disorder that no neurologist could diagnose that left me with reduced strength and sensation on one side of my body. I have no idea exactly how it worked, but after a week there I left completely symptom free and have had zero recurrence. I don't think I would have had the same outcomes given mainstream treatment. Everyone was lovely as well.
