I placed an order for a specific item your website showed was in stock and was sent something completely different. Now I get no response to calls or emails to get a refund. Not recommended to purchase from. The problem with this whole order has been communication. When I ordered, I was getting a product from a known company in the US which your website communicated you had in stock. They sent me the wrong product, ignored my messages for three months, and refused to give me a refund when they finally got back to me. So the return policy stated on their website is a lie. I had to dispute the charge on my credit card to get my money back. This is just bad business. I do not recommend buying from this store!
I would give a zero if I could. I have never had such lousy customer service. I ordered an out of stock item with no indication on the order page that it was out of stock or that they will substitute. They say in the FAQ that they will substitute items. I have called, used Facebook Messenger and their website and got only one response on Facebook where said they substituted a product of "same quantity, characteristics and price," which if you compare ingredients is not completely true.
