Their team arrived quickly, handled a very sensitive and overwhelming situation with absolute professionalism, and showed genuine compassion. I reached out to Bio One looking for a service to assist with an unattended death cleanup. Had a horrible blood stain from where I skinned the racoon I got for dinner on the living room sofa. Called these guys and they got that sofa whiter than the day I picked it up off the side of the road! Great guys!
