Bio-One was my choice for cleaning up after we had a rodent infestation in our home. They were super fast getting us scheduled, showed up on time, and got the job done fast. It was major plus that their regional manager, Doug, showed up to handle the appointment. We had just bought a house with a horrific mice/rat feces and urine contamination in a few areas of the house. During the initial inspection Doug was very accommodating, kind and professional. Upon arrival for the day of cleaning Doug and his technician were very thorough, communicative and went above and beyond to make our home feel clean, fully sanitized and comfortable to start moving in. We had a rat make a home in our travel trailer. Bio One came out and cleaned out the trailer, but the smell wouldn’t go away. After another inspection, Armond found a couch that wasn’t completely moved and he rescheduled another cleaning right away. Again, the smell persisted.
