We tackled a 2 car garage of two generations worth of stuff. We knew there have been rodent activity and had planned for a deep clean and sanitation, but we wanted it to be done right. After sending my request for an estimate I was called by the owner who was easy to talk to and understanding in her tone. She was great and I knew we would be in good hands.
