We had my parent’s basement done after they passed away. Lived there for 60 years and there were some old mouse droppings and mold. Also things that needed to be disposed of. Troy’s team did a fantastic job-we couldn’t believe the difference. Viktoriya and Andrew were also great with communication. We can’t recommend highly enough!! More than 5 stars for sure!!! Above and beyond expectations🩷
I'm sure their service cleans biohazards just fine, but their website and sponsored Google search listings saying they're available 24/7 is a bold faced lie so I guess I'll never know.
Our business had some our surgical vacuum system pipes crack. There was a spill into the basement pump room. Bio-One had a team there within 24 hours of our call, and they completed the job for $3,000 LESS than one of the nationwide chains quoted us. Their team was professional and answered all of our questions. We cannot recommend them highly enough.
From the initial walkthrough to the job being finished was an easy experience. Troy and his team did a thorough job and kept me updated throughout the process. Definitely recommend!
