Well right out of the gate I want to say words will never adequately portray how strongly I feel about Angela and her team. Stellar work ethics and service! I had the opportunity to use Bio-One's services for a complete apartment clean out (furniture and cleaning) and cleaning dog urine from the kitchen floor, cabinet posts and the urine had gotten underneath the flooring on the subfloor. We used Bio-One to empty and then deep clean and sanitize the apartment used by my mother in law in an assisted living facility. We asked a couple of vendors to come and inspect and provide a quote. Bio-One was the only vendor to arrive on time and prepare a thorough and professional proposal. We engaged them for the work and they provided excellent service. We are very happy with their work and would recommend them to anyone needing help.

Angela and her team were amazing on a 25+ year cleanup of our brother's home! Everyone was kind, cheerful, and hardworking. We would highly recommend this business to anyone looking to help themselves and/or loved ones through difficult life situations. I've been in tears since yesterday for the generosity of these people.
