A skunk died under our den in a hard to access area. Tim and his team were prompt, courteous and flexible in working with us to develop a plan to remove the carcass and mitigate the smell. Tim did a great job working around our schedule and also explaining exactly what the process was. I hope to never have to use them again, but I would definitely do so if needed! Highly recommended.

I truly regret ever hiring this company. I can't even keep track of how many times I've cried myself to sleep after the "work" they did. Yes, my house is way cleaner than it was, but it came at a very steep price. When I spoke to the owner, he said all the right things. He made me feel safe and I trusted him and so I thought it was going to be worth the price. Tim Lockard and his company were recommended to me by a trusted friend after a tragic incident. He was prompt, professional, personable, and experienced. There are so many other positive things which are too numerous to mention. He and Bio-One turned a burdensome situation into something manageable. So my wife and I had a mouse and rat issue. That has been taken care of, but now comes the cleanup of all that mess.
