So thankful for Tim and his expertise!!! He came out in less than 24 hours and made immediate improvements upon his arrival. Very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful!! Saved us thousands of dollars with his know how and incredible integrity. He is honest and a really good guy. It’s hard to find honest contractors these days. He is the cream of the crop

I called Tim of Bio One on a Saturday morning to address a situation at my daughter’s house. I explained the situation to Tim and also that I lived out of the area and was only there for the next 24 hrs. Mike immediately said I will make the time to come to the house and meet with you and your daughter today. I was so impressed with the way Tim was so willing to listen to my problem and offer a workable solution. Tim and his team worked so hard to help me with a smell issue in my basement. Tim went above and beyond to stand by his work and make sure he delivered top tier results. He coordinated times and treatment long distance. His communication was amazing. They were so respectful of my space and they did an outstanding job. This team is phenomenal, from the owner/founder to every last employee. They work very hard, yet VERY efficiently. They do a thorough job and make certain the customer is satisfied often under very difficult circumstances. They are kind and compassionate and arrive discreetly on time bringing everything they need with them. They are polite and pleasant and not the least bit intrusive to have in the home.
