Unfortunately a relative died in her home and was not discovered for some weeks. We are out of state and I had no clue who to call for cleanup . But I googled and discovered Bio-One in my home state and then discovered the Memphis franchise. As we drove to Arkansas from Indiana I placed a call to that company not knowing what to expect. I spoke with Tim who was kind, considerate, and professional. He met with us at the house needing cleanup that evening to assess the situation.
