They came within 2 hours of me calling, on a very difficult day for my family, which was greatly appreciated. They cleaned up the area and the guys were all very kind. However, since then we have had problems with the billing department. They also did not take any pictures of the items they hauled away for submission to the insurance for reimbursement. The list of items they provided was incomplete and not very detailed which has also caused issues.
They did a fantastic job and in a reasonable amount of time
