If I could give this company a trillion stars, I would. Scott was extremely quick to respond and come out to give an evaluation/estimate and the team came out not long after. The loss of our family member has been nothing short of a painful experience and some not so fun things to clean up/deep clean. The team met us with compassion, understanding and reassurance. We hired Scott Barkley, Owner of Bio Decon Solutions 2 weeks before we traveled from CA to the Olympia area for a Bio Cleanup after a relative was found deceased. We are the Executors of the Estate so planned to be able to be inside the home to sort through and find documents we needed to process the estate. When we arrived the home still reeked of death. We had a nightmare eviction where the tenant left the space packed to the brim with garbage and hazardous needles. Bio Decon was able to come in and clear out the entire space in the span of 2.5 days, right around the time frame they quoted.
