Great staff.
I've never been here
Anytime I've tried to contact them about ordering Cpap supplies, and it doesnt matter what time of day, the phone call is either answered by someone who transfers you to that dept., and then you hear, "we are experiencing high call volumes, please hold for the next available representative." Then your on hold between 30 to 45 minutes or longer.
The level of incompetence should criminal. Have been trying for 2 months to get prescriptions filled that my son REQUIRES to live. All these items are and always have been covered by his insurance. BUT THE ARE TOO INCOMPETENT TO FILL THEM!!
