We arrived to hand unload materials at Bingo Greenacre only to be told we cannot hand unload. This needs to be stated on the website and with signs. The lady told us we can only hand unload at the Auburn or Revesby centres. BEWARE
Terrible service, arrived at 3:48pm to be told they are closed when their website says 4pm. Called up and was told I could hand unload, arrived and was told no.
HAND UNLOAD ONLY save yourself some time and don't queue up and go though the weigh in for no reason like I did! No clear signs until you get in!
Very disappointing that they don't have hand unload option... or in better words they have that service selectively. Even when they have absolutely no traffic!
