I have had an excellent experience at Bingham Empower. Since I began working with Dr. Killpack almost two years ago, I have experienced significant weight loss— nearly 90 lbs at this point. Of course, it has been hard and I’ve had to work for it, but, with the help of Empower, I have been succeeding where I would fail on my own. Dr. Rendon and his staff have been completely amazing. From bedside manor to the positive thoughts and compliments after surgery, it has definitely made my journey a success.
One of the worst decisions I ever made was having this surgery done. The clinic doesn't care about you once your post op is done and they offer little to no help when the inevitable weight gain starts about two years after. I have never felt so let down by a doctor in my life.
I cannot recommend this place for three significant reasons. First, their practice bounces you around to different providers and I had times where one didn't know what the other one did or said. I even had a direct contradiction in advice from providers. I didn't feel like any of them knew me even though I was seen on and off for years. Second, is their major billing problems.
