They don't have the customer service at all. They don't need or want your business. The secretary was not only rude but very uncooperative in answering any questions. Go find another lawyer who cares about your business!!
I had called on November 27th to get some information on creating a will for my family. Their website clearly states they deal with wills and power of attorney's, however upon calling to get more information, the secretary answered and said they were "too busy to assist". If they do not wish to deal with power of attorney or wills, take it off your website since that is also a call for false advertising.
