I’ve been a customer of Binbrook Eye Care for years. They have the best staff and have always been professional, customer centric and determined to meet or exceed expectations. I have many closer alternatives for eye care but would prefer to drive from Hamilton to Binbrook for the sense of VIP service.
This is my 4th set of glasses from Binbrook Eye Care, and I’ve been coming for years. I was helped by Amy and Alicia who were so welcoming and professional, helping me find frames that looked great and felt comfortable. They even had my lenses fitted the same day! Friendly, fast, and excellent service
Always excellent customer service anytime I visit
Our family has been coming to Binbrook Eye Care for many years. The service has always been exceptional, the staff are always friendly, patient, and super helpful. The optometrists are great with kids, and the front end receptionists are amazing! I would definitely recommended them to all friends and family. They always have up to date styles and all the designer brands. If they don't have it in stock they are always willing to order it in for you.
