Bin completed the filing for my dad's Estate and my mom for the last few years. Unfortunately, she has now passed and despite confirming that Bin would be comfortable filing her estate taxes, he has since ghosted me and not responded to my last few emails. Upon receiving a notice of reassessment in the mail, I reached out in a panic as my mom's estate now allegedly owes over $6000 and again, I have yet to receive a response. Was happy with his service for years prior, however this year he received all of my information, and then would not return and email or phone call for weeks. Very unprofessional.......update eventually got the job done with good results....just frustrating to get taxes done during tax season
