Wonderful service and very easy to drop off your car and pay for their services. I was using NTB for years and recently noticed a decline in their service. My husband had used Bimmer for a service NTB was unable to fix and highly recommend Bimmer over NTB. I recently took my 2013 Jeep into Bimmer and was so impressed. Stopped in for an oil change as car was overdue and to check out the control rods which the shop that did state inspection said were unsafe and needed to be replaced. I'm new to Houston and don't know who to trust but don't want to pay dealer prices. Bimmer Performance treated me right -- showed me the control rods and bushings were in excellent shape. I appreciate these guys.

My BMW 340i had issues with front suspension and after giving up with at least 3 other BMW mechanics and not able to correct the noise and changing the parts, I used bimmer performance for his opinion. I was pleasantly surprised by his knowledge and I was able to resolve the issue. He had to keep the car for 3 weeks before he could figure out the exact problem and change the correct parts. Thank you Marvin for a great job.
