My father used his insurance for transportation to get to his dialysis and they ended up sending us a driver from: B.I. Medserve. I was curious to see how they were going to bring my father downstairs (no elevator) on a wheelchair. Unfortunately, I requested a door-to-door service but did not know about them having the "gurney wheelchair". Luckily, I was there to bring my father down. My mother was recently diagnosed with lung cancer and needed a wheelchair to get to and from her chemo appointments. I was panicking trying to figure out who to contact for help. I did a quick Google search and came across B.I. Medserve Wheelchair Transport. I read the reviews and decided to give them a call. My family were looking for a transportation company that had the capability to transport a bariatric wheelchair.
