Yours truly found them to be helpful, and kind. It's a little tough to get into the Receiving Area, but it's do-able. The route I took was 1. EAST ON EVANS. 2. SOUTH ON GRAPE. 3. WEST AT THE NEXT INTERSECTION, before the residential area. 4. Go 2 blocks; you shall see the gate after the Church Parking lot. 5. Call button is on the LHS.
