We were greeted right when we walked in the door. Friendly staff! We placed our order with Sara. Very sweet, knowledgeable. She explained everything to me from the furniture to the invoice. Jeannie checked me out. Very nice & friendly lady. She answered all my questions & was genuinely thankful for my order. Everything went so smooth from the time I walked in to the time I left. I will definitely be a repeat customer!!

My long extensive journey of shopping for a mattress was finally over once I went to BILTRITE. JD was very knowledgeable and listened to my needs for a mattress that would be best for my back issues. I was happy to purchase something made from a small business, and also was a lot less expensive than the name-brand mattresses that I was looking at. I can’t wait for it to be delivered in a couple of days so I can get a good nights sleep once again. Thank you, JD for all of your help. You made shopping a pleasant experience.
