As in the past this was a great experience. We had dealt with Troy in the past so we made sure to reach out to him to help us again. He is incredibly helpful and provided us with a few suggestions in order to assure we were getting exactly what we needed. We are completely satisfied with Biltrite and their staff and look forward to revisiting their store again soon.
We have purchased items before at BiltRite, and we came back for more! Both of our orders are custom and should hopefully be here before the holidays but the quality, warranty and service they provide is outstanding. Our salesperson Barbara was so helpful, offered other ideas and worked with us on a package for our chairs and kitchen table/chairs. David was also helpful with his expertise on the kitchen table. Overall left feeling good about our decision on items purchased.
Everyone was very friendly & Knowledgeable. JD was our salesperson. Jeanne did our paperwork.
