JD was fabulous! He answered all my questions and asked a few to further determine needs, wants and what would work best for me. No high-pressure sales, just comfort and consideration for this customer. Delivery and set-up was timely and efficient, too. BILTRITE will always be my first choice!
This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a furniture store. The reason, our sales person Barbara. What an outstanding, gifted sales person she is. Barbara worked with our 82 year old aunt, helping her buy a lift recliner. Her patience demonstrating chair features, then assuring our aunt understood how to work the chair she was purchasing was outstanding. After our experience at Biltrite and especially with Barbara, we will be back in the future to buy for ourselves!!
