My mom and her friend went in asking to see some jewelry while visiting Arizona and they got told they dont sell "cheap" jewelry as the guy walked away from them and told them to go around the area and check pawnshops instead !!!
I brought a Chanel purse in that was purchased new at Chanel store more than 30 years ago to get authenticated. The store was amazingly small with very little inventory. I brought in a spectacular piece of vintage Navajo jewelry with bisbee turquoise and he didn't take any of the stones and consideration just waited and said he wanted to give me $100 on a $3,000 piece. It was an insult and a waste of my time.
