I moved my mother into this care home in July 2024, where she stayed for about two months. While I believe the caregivers genuinely care for the residents, the facility was not adequately equipped to manage higher levels of care, despite initially stating they could. Ever since I moved my mom into Biltmore Assisted Living I have breathed a sigh of relief. I have so many positive things to say about this care home. I can actually just come and visit with mom and enjoy each others company as all her showers and ADL’s are taken care of by staff.Thanks to Mike, Tracy, Linda and Junior for all their love and great care taking of my mom, she is so happy and eats well. Great home, unlike any other in size and space and grounds. Staff is very caring and the place is spotless. The food is home cooked in an open kitchen area where residents can watch cooking and hang out. My mom enjoyed sitting at the kitchen counter and having her coffee. Linda, a caretaker and chef was a warm and kind woman. Each room has a nice TV.
