Great selection of items, terrible customer service, if you know your exact size you will be fine, unfortunately I ordered some jeans that were too big. Have tried three emails to exchange size, I am more than happy to pay exchange / postage costs, it was my mistake. However, I get no communication from Billy Goats trying to help me fix the issue within their return policy. I would avoid and if buying online, buy from somewhere else, probably fine in store. I don’t think online is there thing.
