Billy is a great Loan Officer who makes every buyers very clear about the different kinds of loan and the requirements for each loan program. While I was struggling a lot to get a home loan, I met Billy luckily who helped me get a loan so quickly and closed my newly purchased home a week ago. Billy has been awesome to work with. We started our home buying process back in May 2013 and from that point until we closed July 2013, there was one obstacle after another. In May 2013 Billy closed my loan on my home. He had been recommended by a friend and since I was a first time home buyer I was glad to have a recommendation. I had always heard the worst about it taking forever to close a loan on a house because of problems getting all the paperwork done and I should be prepared for that.
