I took my out of state brother to bootjack in Calallen to shop for a western jacket a couple months ago. The cashier failed to remove the magnetic ink marker?!? When my brother discovered it he took it to several stores in his state to remove, but to no avail. Apparently boot jack has an out of date marker. Ordered a pair of American Alligator boots recently and had a great experience. Lalo and April got the boots pretty quickly and the customer service was great! Will definitely shop here again.
Wanted to check out the Thorogood Boots to see if I may want to give a pair of them a shot instead of Red Wings this time around. Employees standing around the front lightly greeted me coming in and that was it. No questions on what I was looking for. Never offered assistance while I was browsing their selection that seemed to consist of just 6 different pairs. If this is their usual service I will take my money elsewhere.

Terrible customer service I needed some work boots I was in there 5 or so minutes and walked out.... Rude and very unfriendly and one was too busy on her phone .... Better off at Cavender's
