Great shop! Really helpful staff when my brakes stopped working
Billy Bilsland is an excellent bike shop. The staff are friendly, experienced and knowledgable and take time to advise on buying, upgrading and servicing bikes. I had a good experience with buying a new bike. Although I knew which bike I wanted and had a good idea of the size, they made sure I was able to try out alternatives. We needed bike boxes for traveling and the guys from the store kindly put some aside for us and helped us to unscrew the bike pedals. Thank you so much!!
I've used the shop a few times - mainly for servicing, and I always have a top experience. These guys know what they're doing and will always go out of their way to help. Today I visited to help with a small issue on my bike I was struggling with, and it was quickly sorted without a fuss. The best bike shop in Glasgow!
