Fantastic service from Neil, Baz and the team in the shop. They helped me with initial advice, set up a range of options to demo and sorted a bike fit on my chosen bike. Totally different level to buying online or my other retail store experiences. Also a great friendly in store atmosphere. Highly recommended.
I don’t think I’d buy a bike from anywhere else ever again. Every single detail is covered meaning you feel like every penny you have spent is justified. I don’t ever write reviews but I felt I needed to because Iv have told everyone who’d listen how good the experience was. You can look at bikes online but just go in and speak to the team as they will keep you right.
My cassette lock ring was not saying on took it to billy bilsand cycles they fixed for Me thank you so so much 100%
Great service and good price 👍
What ever happened to the ordinary customer? Not everyone is embarking on 100 mile cycles! They’re not really interested in fixing anything more than 5 years old. Shame because I’ve used them a lot over the years, but in recent years I’ve been met with the end of the nose treatment or a sales pitch to buy something new and expensive. I don’t feel like their price matches their service although I’m sure they’d be different if I had a better bike.
