I bought a Breckwell Big E from Bill. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about all aspects of the stove and installation. It was great to do business with someone who didn’t rush the sale and took the time to explain everything. Thanks Bill!
Bill showed utter disregard for the manufacturer’s recommendations for placing my pellet stove. I had given him ample time and opportunity to review the installation manual, which suggests a minimum of 6” clearance in front of stove. Bill installed with 1 1/2” clearance. The 2nd time I lit the pellets, the floor MELTED 4” out. After him charging me over $2000 just to install, I had additional expenses of almost $700 to replace floor and safely retrofit the stove.
