Best towing and repair service I have experienced. Traveling cross county Easter evening, we broke down near Wheeling with a faulty starter. Bill's Towing (Jeremy) arrived within 15 minutes. He informed us of their repair facility and capabilities. We changed the drop off from the Chevy dealer to Bill's. Jeremy suggested, and dropped us off, at Wheeling's best hotel who also provided free transport to the shop to pick up the vehicle the next day. They were prompt, curtious, and accommodating. Absolutely incredible service! They sent out a team when 2 other companies said that they cant make it to my location until the plows come through. I waited for hours for the other companies to not call me back and tell me they weren't coming. Bill's team was polite, quick, and professional. I watched him pull out at least 7 other vehicles as I followed on 42 from Plainview to Wabasha. Truly a godsend. I watched him pull out the state plows that were in the ditch too.
Tow truck arrived quickly and driver was professional. I would use this tow service again if I needed another tow.
