Finished a repair and apparently it was simple so they did not charge the driver I recommend this shop
🚨 MAX ALERT, DRIVERS! 🚨 I need to talk about Bills Towing and the trap they represent! This company has NO commitment to its customers! They change parts on your truck without even bothering to investigate the REAL problem! And guess what? They charge TRIPLE the price! If you value your money, RUN from this scam! Don’t let them sweat your cash! You might leave there with the WRONG parts, and they won’t refund your money or fix the REAL issue with your truck! God save me from this company! Don’t be another victim!
My 21 year old daughter broke down on I-70 on the way home from a job interview. She was very scared and nervous. I called Bills to explain and to see if they could tow her to their nearest garage since I was 3 hours away and couldn't help. They arrived in less than 10 minutes and discovered she was out of fuel due to a faulty fuel gauge. Gave her enough gas to get to the nearest gas station. The bill was only about half what I expected. Great people. Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you very much.
