Terrible, Called one day to buy a part for our RV, he said I'll be at this RV pack at 9 am the next day. We were there at 8:30 Asked the person at the counter if he was there & we were told no, not yet. Waited & waited called his number 3 times he never returned our messages. Wasted our time. We will NEVER call him for anything ever!!!!
