1-1/2 hrs to patch a tire. I went out back to see what was taking so long and saw that my truck was on a lift, 8 feet high. The guy said he was "checking the front end". I told them get my truck down and put the wheel on, 15 mins later they finally brought it out, with the passenger side facing away from view. Later I found that one of the lug nuts was missing, and 2 of the other 4 weren't even hand tight. I read some google reviews, and they had done this to at least 3 other people. Bill's Garage has been in business for many years. They have a reputation for good work and fair prices. I have had them service my cars and trucks with great results.
Bill's in Copperas Cove has helped me keep a few older vehicles on the road and helped me keep them safe too. My son has taken my 87 and my 97 to him anytime I need work done that I can not do it due to travel. I always get all my state inspections done here.
I took my car in for repair and I didn't agree with the diagnosis that I needed a new Engine. I went to pick the car up and it hadn't been put back together. Engine parts were on the floor of the car. Then I made the terrible mistake of voicing my dissatisfaction in front of other customers and the 'owner' (I think) began yelling at me and cursing at me and came toward me to the point where the lady behind the desk stepped in front of him. I stopped in for an alignment and set the basic parameters for the "you don't do anymore then what I ask without consulting with me first conversation." Eventually, I was told that if any worn or broken parts prevent them from completing the alignment I would be charged 40 bucks if I did not have them fix the parts.
