This store had horrible customer service. You can't tell who works there, not even name tags. They don't bother asking any questions to clarify. Instead they walk around and lead you on a goose chase. My mother was buying a bike and had to come in three times, making a special trip each time, because they did not keep track of their bikes. There were multiple misunderstandings and the entire experience was very frustrating. They are slow to help and they expect you to tell them what to do.
