I'm over from England so probably sounded like an idiot when ordering food as I had no idea how it was served. I ordered mixed seafood, chicken burger, chips and a medium salad. The mixed seafood is really good and a very substantial portion for the price. The tartar sauce isn't like UK tartar sauce but was still good. Worst service ever, simple order one piece fish pack, crumbed and one two piece fish pack battered. Took my order, wrote it down, then proceeded to ask me three times, what I ordered. The last time I repeated my order and said thank you, I got a snarky response. When my order was finally ready, (over 35 minutes after the original order). I drove home (less than 2 minutes away), the chips were cold and soggy. Will be voting with my feet and never returning here
Got there 20 minutes after ordering and the 2 people behind the counter looked so whacked off their head and hadn’t even started cooking as they “forgot”, took another 30 minutes, got home and the food was not edible. Prawns were raw, chips were way over cooked. Never ordering again.
