Every time I come to Bill’s Ace, I know I’m in good hands. The employees are always helpful and knowledgeable, and I especially appreciate how kind they are with my kids when they tag along. My 4-year-old was sent on a “mission” to find the airplane in the store and even got to pick a prize from their toy chest for finding it. When kids have to run errands with you, it’s the little things like this that make it fun— and something I truly appreciate. Very grateful for the kind and welcoming staff!
On Monday morning I went in and took care of all my plumbing needs, on Tuesday I went back to change the doorknob for my front door: I needed a hard to find 6 inch locking mechanism which they had in stock at a terrific price. I used a coupon and got a substantial discount. Great service and great selection for the same price as the non-family owned or online.

This hardware store has an extremely helpful and friendly staff, which is so rare nowadays. I was very impressed at how dedicated they seem to be to there customers. Great products as well!
