My mom lived there for almost 3 years. I was very happy with the care she got and the staffs were very respectful and helpful. I don't have any complains. Sure the place looks a bit run down compared to newer residence, but they are improving and it shows, and my mom never cared really for this anyway. What matters, is good care and that you visit them!
You need a new general manager one with actual respect for employees and who doesn't threaten to break staffs limbs
Communication issues aside good place feels good to be moving in there
All staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. It is a happy cheery place for seniors with daily activities and entertainment. The nurses know the seniors and are able to attend to all their health care needs. The DOC, Chinnu is very knowledgeable and able to detect behaviour abnormalities or health concerns and quickly attends to any special needs of the residents by contacting the community professionals as needed.
