I’ve never been treated as badly as I have been by Mr. Billingham‘s wife Terry. She actually hung up on me not once but twice!!! Her attitude was atrocious! This is not how you treat clients! They did not like that I had a bunch of questions about the amount I owed in my taxes. Definitely would not recommend this place because of Terry!
I have used Mr. Billingham for more than 10 years. I find him informative and responsive. And when I remarried my new husband has also been very pleased also with the information and responsiveness with which he meets both our questions.
Horribly unresponsive and provided no information about required distributions. Stay away.
