I was happy at first that the company gave me finance for a car, however once my business fell through I could no longer afford the finance at the agreed monthly rate. I then set up an agreement on a plan but they still put it down as missed payments because I’m not paying the full amount per month, They will not authorise a change in the status because they are not getting their full amount, Not very helpful or understanding or compassionate regarding my situation So won’t be using them again

They withhold information from vehicle inspectors so that outcome goes in their favour

Weve called today to explain our financial situation has changed, we can no longer afford the high repayments, the customer service is appalling, there has been no offer of help, advice or anything, we want to beable to sell the car and pay the difference and they will not let us, leaving us in financial difficulty. They will mark you as not paying on your credit file even if you are. I been maintaining my payments but yet every month billing finance has been marking my credit file as not paid. These guys are crooks they promise to call you and keep you updated but they don’t you have to chase them for every thing
