Fantastic company and excellent staff to deal with most highly recommended anyone to deal with these guys
They will mark you as not paying on your credit file even if you are. I been maintaining my payments but yet every month billing finance has been marking my credit file as not paid. These guys are crooks they promise to call you and keep you updated but they don’t you have to chase them for every thing
Leaving me messages with abuse and threats when I m in hospital and couldn’t make payment on time this company are a joke I was I never got my bike threw them now everyone do yourself a favour and stay clear from these

I called Billing Finance today for a settlement quote. The first person I spoke to sounded really fed up and like she didn’t want to be there. The settlement quote she gave me didn’t make sense and she wasn’t prepared to explain it. After I came off the phone, I ran the numbers every which way I could and every single time I get an answer which is about £500 less than the settlement answer.
