Be very careful using this company for financing any car. Car I got through them caught fire the day I picked it up. Phoned them to tell them what had happened and wouldn't help. My son's mum passed away resulting in a bit of financial difficulty and trying to explain the circumstances there was no sympathy and no help. Instead sent someone up to try and reposes the car and when the car wasn't there tried to charge be £300 for them sending someone up. I was happy at first that the company gave me finance for a car, however once my business fell through I could no longer afford the finance at the agreed monthly rate. I then set up an agreement on a plan but they still put it down as missed payments because I’m not paying the full amount per month, They will not authorise a change in the status because they are not getting their full amount, Not very helpful or understanding or compassionate regarding my situation So won’t be using them again

They withhold information from vehicle inspectors so that outcome goes in their favour

Weve called today to explain our financial situation has changed, we can no longer afford the high repayments, the customer service is appalling, there has been no offer of help, advice or anything, we want to beable to sell the car and pay the difference and they will not let us, leaving us in financial difficulty.
