I didn't actaully buy a pool table, or get any pool table service from them. I call them and whoever answer the phone was the most helpful person ever. I bought a used table off Craigslist and some how was able to dismantle it and bring it back to my house. I was stuck on how to reassemble it back together. I recently bought a pool table from Billiard Wholesale in San Jose and I thought I got a great price. I placed the order over the phone and did not go into the store to look at the pool tables first. I was very suprise at the quality of the pool tables. My ex-husband has a very expensive Brunswick pool table, and I jgot to say the quality if pretty much the same as this Brunswick pool table. They had a similar model I was looking for about 40% less then what I saw at other stores. They had it in stock and installed it for me within the week. It was fast, easy, and save me lots of money.
Pretty nice place and their showroom is very clean. The guy was nice and offered excellent information. The tables are beautiful and the install was well done as well. I've looked around and this is the best quality with the best price in the Bay area that I found. Recommending to my friends and family when they ask about my table.
I felt I got a great buy going with this company. I love my new pool table and their pricing is exellent! Very honest and straight foward salesman, told me everything I needed to know about pool tables over the phone before I headed in.
