I’m new to league billiards and needed to buy my first cue. Bret at Billiard Factory was extremely helpful — he took the time to walk me through what would work best for my style and skill level. He even let me test a few cues before making my decision. Great experience and excellent customer service from start to finish!
The location on Limestone Commerical is gone which I figure it would because it was bad spot to be at. The staffs aren’t that great when it comes to billiards stuff and doing tips work(most time nobody available for that). My buddy and I went to bee cave location and nobody to do tips work. Why aren’t employees not have a lathe machine in the shop? It’s a billiards shop right? SMH. I miss when MO was working there. My buddy and I went to Austin Billiards and Jim help us.
