The location on Limestone Commerical is gone which I figure it would because it was bad spot to be at. The staffs aren’t that great when it comes to billiards stuff and doing tips work(most time nobody available for that). My buddy and I went to bee cave location and nobody to do tips work. Bob is really good at what he does and knowledgeable. Being a newer player, he was extremely helpful.
I have worked with the Billiard Factory for over 10 years. I have purchased many fun games and they have helped us with moving our games such as the foosball and pool table a few times. They have always been professional and completed the job well. Just recently we required them to help us with moving our pool table once again. In the moving process there was an accident and one of the slates were broken.
