My grandkids love it. Table is great and the installation process was quick and easy! The air hockey blows strong air and works well, and the ping pong surface is high quality. Would recommend!
Jahan, the manager of Billiard Factory’s Stafford, TX store is the absolute best! He was very patient with us throughout the process of purchasing an Olhausen 7ft table and appropriate accessories. He is extremely knowledgeable and DOES NOT try to oversell the customer. He followed up and was extremely gracious. The customer service was impeccable. I will definitely recommend my friends and colleagues to THIS store!
Great effort by everyone both in the showroom and onsite. We were very pleased with their professionalism and helpfulness. Even a too small door didn’t prevent the delivery guys from problem-solving.
