our charity ride from NYC to DC loved this store. friendliest staff. if only they had such friendly bike stores in new york :P
me and my group were riding from nyc to dc doing a charity ride for an orientation called the friendship circle. we had some mechanical problems on the way and we stopped at billers bikes to get our bikes fixed. we just wish we had a bike shop like tis in nyc. its the nicened shop ever, they treat you very nice
Great bike shop, they are very friendly and know how to fix bikes well and effeciently, best of all they have great prices on everything, one of the best LBS's I've ever dealt with, I wish they opened up a shop on Long Island
