I am replying here to address your comments. Yes, the unit was opened—by your own employee, who opened it to compare the part with mine; he looked at it and said my amplifier seemed fine. I’m not making an issue out of the money—I even left the part with you—but I simply couldn't accept your dishonesty. I bought a $23,000 jet ski in cash that was under warranty.
