My company handled the installation of a pair of Cooley Brite flex face prints for a restaurant back in 2023. There was a problem with the print on the reverse side which was not detected prior to installation -- normally that error which remains undetected in the field would not be allowed for compensation; however Billboard Prints owner, Rebecca, extended the generous courtesy of covering the added expense of the return trip to install the faces.
