Judy Billage of Annapolis is the most unprofessional, nasty, unreasoning lawyer I have ever met. Billage not only harrassed my wife at the Forrest Drive office after we decided to not go with her practice. She then threatened her over the phone saying “You will loose out on thousands for being so ignorant to not go with a lawyer with such experience and knowledge as me.” I am appauled by her unprofessionalism to speak to potential customers so aggressively.
