I had the listing side and Bill represented a difficult buyer. The deal ultimately fell through because of buyer, but Bill and his team were on top of it the entire time.
Bill and his team exuded professionalism and provided timely responses all throughout the loan process. Bill had remained calm and cordial and ultimately was still interested in doing business with me in the beginning as I was considering other loan products from other companies. I felt appreciated as a customer. Beth Swoap provided a tremendous amount of effort to process the loan, and lock my interest rate. Yvette Fredericks was very pleasant to work with and quickly facilitated the underwriting of the loan.
Bill, Yvette, Beth and Emily were absolutely amazing!! They had our complete trust throughout the entire process and made the whole process of our home purchase a breeze! Definitely will be recommending Bill and his team to anyone I know.
