Helpful over the years! Bill has always been great, but I don't get to see him much anymore. Tim has been good to work with as well. I've been a client for many years, and I would just suggest a little bit better screening process for who they bring in to help. Overall the service has been good all these years.

No Longer A Small Town Guy My husband and I have been clients for over 20 years. What once was great service has increasingly dived over the years. Best CPA in area I have used this service for over a decade. I have a quirky fear of sitting there while they do my taxes (in case I get a big bill). Bill takes all my documents, occassionally makes a follow up call with questions and I pick up my taxes. I have had nothing but wonderful, positive service and would highly recommend to a family member.
Best in the business My wife and I have had our taxes done by this firm for six years now. We have always received the best service, and, the best tax returns we have ever had. This company trains the people well and gives you the time and attention that youneed when doing one of the hardest things we do all year. They are competent and really know the tax laws.
Bill Pollard's Tax Service The atmosphere is uninviting. the staff, and management are unprofessional, and pushy. We had a very bad experience with their overall service. They make false accusations of we pressured their employees. None of which was true. Taxes are a complicated process, and cannot be rushed.
