Bill has prepared our taxes for several years now. He helped with my mother in laws taxes as well when she became ill. He had been her cpa for years prior. His professionalism and knowing what questions to ask, saved her from paying unnecessary taxes. We trust Bill... and that is the bottom line.
Complete waste of time! I met with Bill today about doing our business and personal tax returns. I arrived with my prior year returns printed out for him to review. After looking through them, he asked me where my current business books were. I told him they are in QuickBooks. He then stood up and said that he told me to bring them with me, which he never did, and demanded that I leave immediately. It was such an abrupt display of frustration that it frightened me a bit.
