Dr. Bill Jiao is very sincere, genuine and comprehensive in his care and listening to the patient (me) about my health history. On the road to recovery
I’ve been coming here for three courses of treatment. Dr. Jiao is very professional and knowledgeable in acupuncture and Chinese medicine. The treatments are gentle and effective, and I’ve noticed clear improvement. He really takes the time to understand your condition and focuses on overall balance. Highly recommended.
He asked a bunch of questions, made recommendations and what to do, plus gave herbs. He does recommend accupuncture but it's up to you.
I had an amazing experience at this acupuncture office. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable and informative, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The front desk staff was very sweet, welcoming, and helpful, and answered all of my questions. I received acupuncture for my back and walked out of the office feeling amazing. I highly recommend this practice.
