I called for new claim and was told they will call me tomorrow for intake.1 week later no call.I get ahold of them finally and they tell me they haven't called because the intake package was never returned. I started a claim in 2016 so instead of calling me they just used 7 year old info and sent stuff to a state I'm not even in. So then she tells me what I claimed for.They also used the 2016 medical stuff. WHAT KINDA 5 AND DIME place is this.Who wouldn't be a tab confused n upset.
