This attorney caused us to loose our house ! The first time my wife and I called this guy for help he wanted to meet him at a bar in Rochester (the 63 club) because he was busy at his office and meeting him at the bar was the "only way of working us in". The main thing he wanted to talk about was him mentally ill brother and if we knew anything about Ebay because Bill Bodensteiner wanted to know if someone like himself could buy medication for his ED (erectile dysfunction) Bodensteiner talked on and on about VIAGRA. Quite crazy My experience with Bodensteiner left me feeling quite uneasy. I wasn't explained what documentation I would need before our first meeting and things were crazy after that. The communication between Bodensteiner's office and the client (at least me) was horrible. I would definitely not recommend this attorney.
